Step 1: Launch your PNB One app and locate the option "My Payee".

Step 2: Choose "Within bank or Other bank" to initiate funds transfer to another bank account.

Step 3: Click on the yellow icon located at the bottom right corner.

Step 4: Input the bank account number, IFSC code, and the recipient’s name. Enter the desired amount to be paid.

Step 5: Verify all the provided details and the amount, then click on the confirm button.

Step 6: To obtain the transaction or reference ID, navigate to the transaction statement from your app home. You can use this ID on websites or wherever needed.
